By downloading, accessing, or using the ArenaX mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the App.

1. Purpose of ArenaX
ArenaX is a platform that helps users discover, organize, and participate in local, skill-based sports tournaments. All tournaments listed must be genuine on-field sporting events (such as cricket, football, badminton, volleyball, etc.) where the outcome is determined by players' skill, not chance.

ArenaX does not organize tournaments directly. It only provides tools for tournament creation, discovery, team management, and community engagement. ArenaX does not process, facilitate, or manage any entry fees, prize money, or real-money transactions.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ArenaX. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information during profile creation and use.
- Use the App lawfully and responsibly.
- Respect other users, organizers, and teams.
- Maintain the security of your account and credentials.

You must not:
- Use the App for spam, fraud, abuse, or any illegal activity.
- Upload harmful, offensive, misleading, defamatory, or copyrighted content.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the App or its infrastructure.
- Impersonate any individual or organization.
- Organize or promote gambling, betting, wagering, or any games of chance.

You are solely responsible for all content you create, publish, or share on ArenaX.

4. Tournament Rules & Organizer Responsibility
Tournament organizers are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of tournament details (location, schedule, entry fees, prizes).
- Fair rule enforcement and match scheduling.
- Event operations and participant communication.
- Prize distribution (if any).
- Ensuring their tournament is a legal, skill-based sports competition and does not involve gambling, betting, or wagering.

By creating a tournament, the organizer confirms that the event is a genuine skill-based sporting competition. ArenaX reserves the right to remove any tournament that appears to violate these terms or applicable laws.

ArenaX is not a party to any dispute between players and organizers, including but not limited to prize disputes, entry fee refunds, or event cancellations.

5. No Gambling or Real-Money Transactions
ArenaX is strictly a platform for skill-based sports. We do not allow, facilitate, or process:
- Gambling
- Betting
- Wagering
- Real-money gaming or speculative activities

Any entry fee or prize information displayed on the App is for informational purposes only. All financial transactions are handled directly between organizers and participants. ArenaX is not involved in, nor does it guarantee, any such transactions. Violation of this policy will result in immediate content removal and potential account termination.

6. Account Suspension & Termination
ArenaX may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms & Conditions
- Abuse platform features or other users
- Promote or engage in gambling, betting, or unlawful activity
- Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform

We may remove content or tournaments without prior notice if necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

7. Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By publishing content on ArenaX, you grant ArenaX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote such content within the platform for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You must ensure you have all necessary rights to any content you upload.

8. Platform Availability
ArenaX may experience interruptions, maintenance, or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and shall not be liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability
ArenaX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArenaX and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Tournament disputes, match outcomes, or prize-related issues
- User conduct or organizer actions
- Data loss or service interruptions
- Any gambling or betting that may occur outside the platform using information from the App
- Financial transactions between users

10. Privacy
Your use of ArenaX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the App or on our official website. Your continued use of ArenaX after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
